In case you didn’t realize from the headline, there was a lot going on at this year’s Rocklahoma Festival besides music. A man was apparently shot; Linkin Park and Volbeat’s performances were both canceled due to inclement weather; and a pair of 20-year-old men were seen for the last time before they went missing.

NBC’s Tulsa TV station has confirmed with police that a man was shot sometime during Rocklahoma on Saturday. Authorities revealed no more than that the man was transported to a Tulsa hospital, so his injuries and the circumstances around the shooting and his current condition remain unknown.

Also on Saturday, event organizers were forced to cancel the last performances of the day because of bad weather. The estimated 30,000 people who attended the event on Saturday were deprived of seeing Linkin Park and Volbeat perform.

In a statement published on the festival’s Facebook page on Saturday, safety was the focus. "Due to the continued inclement weather in Pryor, we will be canceling the rest of the bands scheduled to perform tonight," organizers stated. "We want all our patrons to stay safe, so if you are on-site camping, we encourage you to stay at your campground."

Severe storms bringing lightning, thunder, rain and flooding have been moving through Texas and Oklahoma. According to NPR, at least five people have died in those states because of the inclement weather and in Texas at least 12 people are still missing. After knowing that, you might not be as shocked to hear that Rocklahoma promoters had to cancel the acts on Saturday. After checking the concert grounds on Sunday, organizers let the musical performances resume around 3PM.

Linkin Park are set to headline the second night of the three day Loudwire Music Festival this June. The event takes place June 26-28 and will also feature Rob Zombie, Weezer, Halestorm, A Day to Remember and more. Buy your tickets here.

In more troubling news, two 20-year-old men have now been reported missing after they attended Rocklahoma. According to FOX 23 in Tulsa, their tickets were scanned at the festival but they were supposed to report to work on Saturday. Ben Babar and Cody Parrick were driving a silver 2005 Pontiac Montana minivan and anyone who has information about their whereabouts should contact the Okmulgee County Sheriff’s office using the information here. We've pasted the 'Missing' poster below.
