Seether recently celebrated the release of their new album ‘Isolate and Medicate’ with their New York City fans for a headlining gig at Gramercy Theater.

The band gave the new album a big spotlight, as New York fans grooved to new songs ‘See You At the Bottom,’ the single ‘Words As Weapons’ and ‘Save Today.’ The crowd was also treated to the live debut of new tracks ‘My Disaster’ and ‘Crash,’ which frontman Shaun Morgan claimed as his favorite song off of the new album.

Seether took things down a notch with the melodic favorite ‘Broken’ and then kicked things into high gear with a blistering drum solo provided by the very talented John Humphrey.  Fans bounced to notable radio hits ‘Rise Above This,’ ‘Tonight,’ ‘Country Song’ and the set ending ‘Remedy.’ The Seether guys may not be doing back flips and lighting things on fire onstage but they have catchy, gritty songs and sound impeccable as a live band.

New Jersey rock act A Balance Between kicked off the night with a solid set and warmed things up for the crowd that packed in at Gramercy Theater.

If you missed Seether this time around, not to worry as the band is gearing up to tour the states as part of this year’s Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival trek with Godsmack; go here to see a full list of dates, and visit iTunes to pick up a copy of 'Isolate and Medicate.'
