Shinedown’s Eric Bass Suffers Second Degree Ankle Sprain on Tour

Though details are sketchy as to what exactly happened, the rocker reportedly suffered a second degree ankle sprain during the show at the Lonestar Event Center last night. The injury earned him a trip to the hospital, but so far there’s been no word of the bassist missing any tour time.
Both Bass and the band tweeted out updates after the performance. Bass’ posting included a photo of him waiting in the ER room to be checked out. It can be seen here:

The band, meanwhile, offered a split photo of Bass performing onstage and a close-up of his swelled right ankle with a message asking fans to send their best wishes. Their posting can be seen here:
