Sixx: A.M. have unleashed their latest single from their album 'This is Gonna Hurt,' and they have grand plans for 'Are You With Me Now.' The song is being used for charitable efforts, with proceeds going to the City of Hope organization.

Sixx: A.M. are joining other celebrities like Ryan Seacrest, Vince Gill and Sugarland in support of City of Hope, which provides research, treatment and education for cancer, diabetes, HIV/AIDS and other life threatening diseases. The group began the campaign by providing a teaser clip of the music video for the track. As for the full clip, fans will be able to unlock the video with a special code provided after a donation is made to City of Hope.

The group states, "By donating to City of Hope, you can make a difference and help win the fight against cancer, diabetes, HIV and other diseases. Every donation counts and together we can work to make these life-threatening illnesses a thing of the past."

'Are You With Me Now' is the third single from the 'This is Gonna Hurt' album, following the chart-topping 'Lies of the Beautiful People' and the Top 10 title track.
