After the news a couple weeks back that Skid Row had parted ways with longtime vocalist , the band has released a recording of their classic song "18 and Life" with new singer . You can listen to the track in the player below.

In a statement when his addition to Skid Row was announced, Harnell said, "I'm so excited and honored to be a part of such a great band with an amazing legacy and legions of faithful fans! The guys and I have known each other for many years and this is such a natural fit. I look forward to getting out there and playing live together and being a part of making new music and creating our future together. It's time to rock!"

Many fans wondered why Skid Row didn't bring back original singer Sebastian Bach when Solinger departed. In an interview on the Eddie Trunk Live radio show, guitarist Dave "Snake" Sabo said, ”It wasn’t something that we entertained, to be quite honest. It’s just something that, honestly, we didn’t even think about.”

Skid Row will be hitting the road with Harnell next month. Their first show is May 22 in Swift Current, Canada, and they have numerous other North American gigs scheduled throughout the summer. For all the dates, go here.
