Slayer Reveal Line of Handmade Shoes

Get ready to walk a mile in Slayer’s shoes, literally. The thrash metal band has teamed up with a Venice Beach, Calif. store to create a line of exclusive footware.

Eighteen different designs are being offered -- some on black Converse high-tops and others on black or white Vans -- and they all retail for $99. The store is called the Ave, located in Venice Beach, Calif., but for those who don’t live in the area, you can order the specialty kicks here. The shoes are offered in mens' sizes 3-14 and each pair is handmade to your order.

This isn’t the first time Slayer have teamed up with a shoe company. Vans created a limited edition high top Slayer shoe in 2012. The pair featured the band’s logo printed on the outer side of each black shoe, along with red laces and red stitching.

This time around, fans will have many more options to chose from, including a multitude of designs and color schemes. They’ll also have ample opportunities to wear the sneakers this summer to support Slayer, as the band will invade various U.S. festivals.
