For two years now, the Red Bull Sound Space at KROQ in Los Angeles has become one of the hottest venues in the city, regularly hosting big-name bands in a pint-sized club setting. Avenged Sevenfold paid a visit on Friday (Nov. 1) to the venue, located right where KROQ-FM is located, and delivered a loose and wild 45-minute set that was broadcast live over the Internet.
Talent shows can go two ways. Either a kid can display how much talent he or she has at something, or a kid can display how much of a lack of talent he or she has. Those in attendance have to take the good with the bad, and here we have a kid who dazzles the crowd.
Offering up one of the most anticipated tours of the fall, Avenged Sevenfold rolled into the TD Garden in Boston last night (Oct. 9) – six-string's blazing. Machine Head frontman Robb Flynn recently took a shot at Avenged Sevenfold, claiming that the band lifted hooks from prominent metal bands for their 2013 album, 'Hail to the King,' which Flynn also called a "covers album." Now, Machine Head are suggesting that Avenged Sevenfold have stolen something from them, as well.
