Black Veil Brides
Black Veil Brides are having a stellar year with their 'Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones' album really pushing the envelope and providing fans with a concept record that they can sink their teeth into. The band will take their music to the Vans Warped Tour this summer, leading one of the strongest contingents of hard rock acts the festival has seen in quite some time.
Black Veil Brides have kept up a pretty hectic tour schedule since releasing the 'Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones' album earlier this year, and it appears to have caught up with them. The band's European trek has been marked by several cancellations and now the group reports that the remainder of their run has been called off due to illness.
The year 2013 is off to a great start for Black Veil Brides, who had their biggest chart success to date with their 'Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones' album, saw large crowds turning out for their early year touring and released their 'Legion of the Black' companion film to plenty of fandom. Plus, the band is currently watching the single 'In the End' climb the charts.
The 2013 Vans Warped Tour just added some harder edge to their lineup with the announcement that both Black Veil Brides and Bring Me the Horizon have signed on for this summer's bill. The two bands are definitely among the bigger acts playing the festival, with Black Veil Brides already seeing positive turnout for their 'Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones' album and Bring Me the Horizon receiving quite the buzz for their upcoming 'Sempiternal' disc.
It may have only been a Saturday night, but when the Black Veil Brides rolled into the Palladium in Worcester, Mass., on Jan. 26, church was officially in session. With their ‘Church of the Wild Ones’ tour now in full swing, the Black Veil Brides resided over their pulpit delivering a sermon of good-for-the-soul, raw, rock 'n’ roll.
