Just weeks after releasing the symphonically swirling 'Requiem for the Indifferent,' Dutch metal band Epica have parted ways with bassist Yves Huts. He had been a member of the band since the very beginning, but has decided that it is time to move on and follow a different career path that would not be sustainable if he were to remain a touring musician.

For the past few weeks, Dutch symphonic metal band Epica have been releasing video teasers that take fans behind the scenes of the in-depth and complex arrangement of the songs on their new album. Each video has added a new layer to their new song ‘Monopoly on Truth,’ the opening track from their upcoming release, ‘Requiem for the Indifferent,’ due out on March 9.
