This past Saturday, Dec. 8, marked the eight-year anniversary of Pantera / Damageplan guitarist 'Dimebag' Darrell Abbott's tragic death. In his memory, Dimebag's brother, Hellyeah / Pantera drummer Vinnie Paul, took a moment onstage in Kansas City, Mo., to memorialize the fallen guitar legend as he brought tour mates Lamb of God, In Flames and Sylosis onstage for a round of Black Tooth Grin shots.
The music world continues to mourn the loss of Suicide Silence's Mitch Lucker, a rising star in the metal community who perished in a motorcycle accident on Halloween night earlier this year. In the wake of his death, a memorial show designed to raise funds for Lucker's young daughter, Kenadee, was recently announced and now some of the talent has been revealed.

In their new video for their anthemic party tune ‘Drink Drank Drunk,’ Hellyeah get up close and personal, taking fans right up onstage with them during one of their summer festival appearances. And Loudwire is proud to bring the party to you with the exclusive premiere of the 'Drink Drank Drunk' video (watch below).
The 2012 Rock Vegas fest already boasts a massive lineup that includes headliners Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, Shinedown and Godsmack. Now, the two-day event, which takes place Sept. 28 and 29 at Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, just got a little more rockin' as a few more big names have been added to the bill.
In an exclusive interview with Loudwire, Hellyeah drummer Vinnie Paul talked about the legal situation Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe is currently in overseas in the Czech Republic. The legendary Pantera stickman knows all-too-well the dangers of fans jumping on-stage at live shows. Nearly eight years ago, his brother Dimebag Darrell was tragically shot and killed right in front of him during a Damageplan set in Columbus, Ohio.
