Kittie to Unleash Best-Of Compilation
Kittie's Morgan Lander on Band's Evolution
Female metal act Kittie ripped apart Gramercy Theater at an intimate show earlier this week (May 16) along with support from Blackguard, The Agonist and Bonded By Blood.
Fans all over the world can take in Kittie's show at The Rave in Milwaukee, Wis. tomorrow (April 17.) The show will be streamed live at 9 PM ET/8 PM CT. Additionally, the webcast will be absolutely free. So regardless of whether or not you've got an open schedule on Tuesday night, clear the decks and make room for some Kittie and their brand of metal.
Hard rock goddesses Kittie visited Ontario's FM96 in their native Canada recently to talk about poaching former bassist Trish Doan from the station's Internet department and restoring her to her former role in the band. We're glad to report there's no hard feelings there and it's all one, big happy family.
Last week, Kittie posed a bit of a philosophical question to fans via their social media networks. The ladies asked if their supporters would be interested in seeing the band play its debut, 1999's 'Spit,' which was easily their most commercially successful album to date, with the original lineup. Seems like a no brainer, right?
Canadian metal band Kittie have seen their fair share of lineup changes throughout their career. The female rockers have continued putting out new music on a regular bases, but have not been able to revisit the success they achieved with their first disc ‘Spit’ in 1999, reaching Gold status.
