Earlier this month, the musician's wife was arrested for allegedly assaulting a man (who may or may not have been Nicko) at the couple's West Boca, Fla., home, and now McBrain's son has been arrested for second-degree petit theft.
The wife of Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain was arrested on domestic battery charges back in February after apparently attempting to stab the heavy metal stickman, in addition to throwing logs at him, at their Boca Raton, Fla., home. Rebecca McBrain is now set to face a judge on May 3 to defend herself against the charges.
