What musician's hand permanently reads ‘Your Pain Is A Gift’?
The rocker sporting this hand tat says it’s a message that he’s reminded of every time he sees his hand that pain can be a gift. He’s explained it as, “Pain can be a gift, and it is to me. Anything that tries to bring you down, that hurts, use it as fuel, use it to make it a stronger person, use it to rise above, to persevere.”
This outspoken rocker hails from Canada but made his mark with a band out of New Jersey in the late '80s and early '90s. He’s since parted way with that band but has gone on to release several solo discs.
This multitalented artist has two arms full of ghoulish delights. With rocking monsters, clowns and other creepy crawlers, he's a walking house of horrors. His ink dates back to 1989 when he got his first tattoo, one he designed himself. It’s a “big chrome skull with a cowgirl sitting on top of it with these eyeballs shooting out of the skull and wrapping around” and took eight hours to complete. Not bad for a first timer!
This tattoo is just one of many that the rocker has honoring his Native American heritage. This particular tattoo is a rendering of Chief Joseph, known for his peacemaking and humanitarian efforts. Chief Sitting Bull is featured on this inked musician’s other arm.
This spooky tattoo features black tentacles growing out of a bulging green eye, covering most of this rocker's arm, oh, and if that wasn't enough, there's a second creature of the same design on his other arm.
Check out the detailed hand tattoo on this rock musician! Without giving too much away about the tattoo, it has a very personal meaning to its owner. Each member of the band has a tattoo symbolizing the same thing, but some in different places with variations on the designs.
Sporting a striking black tribal tattoo running down his entire arm and into his hand, we could have picked pretty much any part on this rocker's body from head to toe for this one. This metal guitar vet is covered in ink including two dragons and a creepy, ghoulish face on the back of his head. Who needs hair when you’ve got kickass tattoos!
