The Sevendust rocker is taking the time away to be at home with his lovely wife Tara as they await the birth of their daughter. This will be the couple's second child. They wed in 2010 and already have a son, born the same year.
Sevendust are back with a new album, ‘Black Out the Sun,’ and the band's ninth studio disc does not disappoint. The follow-up to 2010's 'Cold Day Memory' features the Atlanta rockers at the top of their game.
Sevendust are building up to the release of their 'Black Out the Sun' album and have been offering track-by-track commentary and insight leading up to the March 26 street date. Loudwire is proud to bring you the band's latest track-by-track commentary, the third clip in a video series.
There’s no doubt that Sevendust fans are stoked for the band's upcoming album ‘Black Out the Sun,' as well as the their tours with Coal Chamber and Lacuna Coil in support of the new disc. If you’ve ever seen Sevendust live, then you know vocalist Lajon Witherspoon is an energetic frontman onstage. Loudwire recently had the opportunity to talk to Witherspoon about his softer side as a husband and father.
Sevendust are currently ramping up to their latest studio album, 'Black Out the Sun,' but singer Lajon Witherspoon is also mapping out his future beyond that disc. The frontman will follow in the footsteps of some of his bandmates by planning a side project during the group's next break.
