Outspoken Smashing Pumpkins outspoken frontman Billy Corgan went on a rant about how music culture and ethos have been negatively affected by shows like 'American Idol' and 'X Factor' at a SXSW panel on March 13. Despite his distaste for such programs, the frontman said that he would certainly take a gig as a judge on one of those very shows if offered.
