A brand new Taproot song has found its way online. You can check out the Michigan-based outfit's new song 'No Surrender' from 'The Episodes' here or by having a listen below.

'The Episodes' is a conceptual effort that the band, which rose to prominence in the early '00 well after a curse-filled answering machine message that Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst left on singer Stephen Richards' answering machine after the band elected to sign with a different label circulated. The new album is set to drop on April 10 via Victory.

'The Episodes' and its fully-fleshed concept, which took the band six years to effectively develop, serve as the follow up to 2010's 'Plead the Fifth.' That album was the band's debut for Victory Records.

'No Surrender' is vintage Taproot, reminding us of all those radio hits the band churned out during its stint on Atlantic Records. The song is full of quiet-loud dynamics, rollercoaster-like twists and turns and an effective build and release of tension, with a little more moody, mid-tempo tones and distorted vocals tossed into the mix.
