The familial inspired ink belongs to Machine Head guitarist Phil Demmel.

Demmel has no shortage of ink covering his flesh with tats covers both arms, his back, and his hands -- just for starters.

A lot of the ink he sports is inspired by his family, his faith, and of course his love for metal. Check out this video where Demmel gives a full rundown of all of his tats.
