What happens when a couple of good ol' boys head to Cali-forn-i-a in search of rock stardom? That's what we find out in 'The Adventures of Uncle Colt & Cletus: Hedge-Hoggin,' the new web film from Five Finger Death Punch drummer Jeremy Spencer and director Nathan Cox that's being released by Dumb & Drummer Productions. The flick is premiering right here on Loudwire (watch above).

Spencer, who also executive produced the film, co-wrote it and provided the music for it, told Loudwire, "'Man, y'all are bad as hell!' Can't tell you how many times I heard that from fans while touring through the southern U.S. with Five Finger Death Punch. What began as a joke between my drum tech Bobby Watson and me, morphed into the redneck phenomenon that is 'Uncle Colt & Cletus'! Got to admit, our fans are bad as hell!"

The film follows our titular heroes, with Spencer appearing as Uncle Colt and Watson co-starring as Cletus, as they take handyman jobs while pursuing their dreams of rock stardom. A chance job at porn star Ron Jeremy's home puts them closer to their path than ever, but they don't exactly get the dream they envisioned. Watch the hijinks ensue and look for a cameo from Verne Troyer (Mini-Me from the 'Austin Powers' films), as well.

Catch Loudwire's premiere of the Nathan Cox-directed short film above and look for Five Finger Death Punch continuing their support of 'The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell' albums over the next year.
