Three Days Grace Frontman Adam Gontier On Tour With Martin Sexton

Adam Gontier
Mary Ouellette,

Adam Gontier of Three Days Grace will be joining singer/songwriter Martin Sexton out on the road on his 2012 ‘Fall Like Rain’ tour run, providing opening support as a solo artist.

The 11 date run kicks off tonight in St. Paul, Minn. and will take them to California for a handful of dates.

Gontier recently took to his band’s Facebook page to share the news, saying, “So here are the upcoming tour dates, which I will be performing solo, opening for a good friend, and incomparable musician, Martin Sexton.”

Gontier is a longtime friend and fan of Sexton and has played with him in the past. The first show is tonight so as of right now there’s no word on what songs Gontier will be performing, but if it’s similar to past shows, he’ll perform a mix of covers and Three Days Grace tunes.

Gontier has been a busy rocker as of late, launching his own record label in 2011 called Sludge Factory Records and working in the studio on the new Three Days Grace album, due out this summer.

Check out the Martin Sexton dates below where Gontier will be providing support.
