Pop Evil just keep rolling! The band has had a taste of the top spot and just will not relinquish their stranglehold on No. 1. ‘Trenches’ rises above the rest for the third straight week on the Loudwire Radio Top 20 Countdown.

The group managed to hold off Stone Temple Pilots‘ ‘Out of Time,’ which spent its second straight week at No. 2. Elsewhere in the Top 5, Five Finger Death Punch and Deftones swap spots, with ‘Lift Me Up’ being lifted to No. 3, while ‘Swerve City’ falls back to No. 4. Holding strong at No. 5 is the latest from Nine Inch Nails, ‘Came Back Haunted.’

Elsewhere on the countdown, both Sick Puppies and Soundgarden enjoyed three spot gains. ‘There’s No Going Back climbs from No. 11 to No. 8 for Sick Puppies, while Soundgarden’s latest, ‘Halfway There,’ ascends from No. 20 to No. 17. On the down side, it looks as though Shinedown‘s ‘I’ll Follow You’ is making its last stand in the Top 20, falling from No. 13 to No. 20 this week.

The Loudwire Top 20 also makes room for one new entry, and it’s a big one as Pearl Jam‘s ‘Mind Your Manners’ clocks in at No. 12 in its first week. Pearl Jam’s gain is Halestorm‘s loss as ‘Here’s to Us’ bows out this week.
