Def Leppard / former Dio guitarist Vivian Campbell has received some positive news on his cancer treatment. The experimental program Campbell is currently a part of is seemingly holding his lymphoma at bay and may even be shrinking his tumors.

Campbell has been fighting cancer since June 2013, having been disappointed in the past following news of remission. In November of this year, Campbell shared that he was involved in immunotherapy, taking a drug called Pembrolizumab. Though it's been a struggle, Campbell remains in good spirits following his first set of results from the trial.

“I had great news this morning – the mighty Pembrolizumab appears to be holding the tumors at bay," Campbell shared via his personal Facebook page. "Doc said they might even be slightly smaller than they were at the last scans. Needless to say I’m most chuffed at this result!”

Vivian Campbell's other band Last in Line recently released an official video for "Devil in Me." Vivian looks good in the clip, which you can watch below. Last in Line's debut album, Heavy Crown, is scheduled for a Feb. 19 release. You can pre-order the record by clicking here.
