Summer will be in full swing next month and it's time to enjoy some new music. But what releases should you pick up? There's a wealth of interesting new albums and must-get DVDs en route in July and we want to know which fresh offering you most want to pick up. And just a reminder, July marks the shifting of the worldwide release date to Fridays, so look for the first major releases of July coming on July 10.

On July 10, you can look for new albums from Between the Buried and Me, Cradle of Filth, Blacklist Union, Glowsun and Unleash the Archers, as well as highly anticipated DVDs from Black Veil Brides and DragonForce. The week of July 17 brings us new albums from Bobaflex, George Lynch and Powerwolf as well as breakout band Highly Suspect.

The heaviest week for new releases is July 24, when albums from Lamb of God, Northlane, Joe Satriani, We Came as Romans, Awaken the Empire, Symphony X and Gus G. lead the way. You'll also find albums from Deathrite, Hope Drone and Kronos as well as a new DVD from Death Angel. And finally, look for Finger Eleven's return, new albums from Kataklysm, Teenage Time Killers, Xandria and Year of the Goat on July 31.
