Ah, September! It's the month most music fans can't wait for, as it is traditionally the busiest month of the year for new releases. And this year is no different with a wealth of top notch offerings to check out. But with so many great discs, we want to know which album you most want to pick up.

There are five major release weeks in September, launching on Sept. 1 with new albums from Motorhead, Paradise Lost and Septicflesh leading the way. Sept. 8 brings us fresh outings from Arch Enemy, Living Colour, Stray From the PathCannabis Corpse, Toadies and Comeback Kid among others. Then it really picks up on Sept. 15 with Foo Fighters, Prophets of Rage, Nothing MoreJosh Todd & the Conflict, Belphegor, The Contortionist, Ensiferum, MyrkurHot Water Music and Bob Kulick all delivering sweet new releases.

On Sept. 22, Cradle of Filth, Otherwise, Satyricon, Circa Survive, Sons of Texas, Wayland and King Parrot lead a busy week, while the month closes out on Sept. 29 with Primus, Act of Defiance, 36 Crazyfists, God Mother, Heaven and EarthTetrarch and Jag Panzer filling out the new release roster.
