Hate group Westboro Baptist Church is planning to protest a number of upcoming concerts, including a Fall Out Boy show that has a generated a notable amount of online discussion. One tweet attempting to create awareness against the group has received nearly 300 retweets.

Additional shows on their upcoming protest list include the Kansas City date of Deep Purple and Judas Priest's co-headlining tour, as well as shows from Maroon 5, Counting Crows and Rod Stewart.

Fall Out Boy are currently touring in support of their last full-length album, MANIA. The album charted at No. 3 on two separate charts from Billboard's mid-year report: Top 10 Rock Albums (total equivalent units) and Top 10 Selling Rock Albums (i.e. sales of CDs or LPs).
