Sevendust Announce Release Date for New Album ‘Black Out the Sun’
Sevendust fans, rejoice! The hard rock act has announced they will release their ninth studio album, 'Black Out the Sun,' on their own 7Bros. Records label (through Warner Music Group's Independent Label Group) on March 26, 2013. The album’s debut single, 'Decay,' will reach active rock airwaves and retail outlets Jan. 22, 2013.
Suicide Silence to Play Benefit Show for Late Singer Mitch Lucker’s Daughter
The surviving members of Suicide Silence have announced a special benefit show for Mitch Lucker’s family this December, and all of the proceeds from the concert will go toward the education of Lucker's 5-year-old daughter, Kenadee. The band will perform live, and a different singer will fill in for Lucker for each song. No word yet on who these special vocalists will be, but we’ll keep you posted.

Hard rockers Hinder are back with a new album, ‘Welcome to the Freakshow,’ out Dec. 4, and frontman Austin Winkler isn’t holding back when it comes to opening up about the inspiration behind the album’s heavy tracks. Winkler says most of the songs are a reflection of “a really, really dark drug binge,” which drove him to rehab after the band finished the album.
