Foo Fighters and Pearl Jam are slotted to share a lot of the same stages lately as both bands will be co-headlining both Florida's 2012 DeLuna Festival and Atlanta's 2012 Music Midtown Festival this September.

The Music Midtown Festival is set to take place in Atlanta on Sept. 21-22. Foo Fighters will be headlining Music Midtown on Sept. 21, as Pearl Jam will close out the fest by headlining the Sept. 22 show. That same weekend, the Foos and Pearl Jam will co-headline the DeLuna Festival held in Pensacola, Fla.

Both acts are two of modern rock's most successful bands. Foo Fighters released their first album in 1995 and have sold over 10 million albums in the United States. Formed in 1990, Pearl Jam have sold over 30 million albums in the U.S.

So the question of the day is -- which band is the bigger headliner? Does Pearl Jam's longevity and higher record sales make them the bigger headliner? Or does Foo Fighters' continued success and current domination of the rock world give them the advantage? We want to know what you think. Cast your vote in the poll below.
