There's no denying that Evanescence had a big year in 2011, and now they are the winners of two 2011 Loudwire Music Awards -- Rock Song of the Year and Comeback of the Year.

Singer Amy Lee and company made a triumphant return in 2011 and the first taste of new music came in the form of 'What You Want,' the lead single off their self-titled third studio album. Now, 'What You Want' has been crowned the Loudwire Music Awards' Rock Song of the Year.

The track faced stiff competition from tunes by Avenged Sevenfold, Lacuna Coil, Seether and Sixx A.M., but emerged victorious with 37.8% of the vote.

For Comeback of the Year, it was a two-way race between Evanescence (46.6%) and System of a Down (37.2%). Anthrax, Bush and Jane's Addiction followed in that order. In a year when Evanescence topped the Billboard 200 chart after a five-year gap between albums, it is a well-earned victory for the band.

In our recent conversation with Amy Lee, she told us about the band's comeback and touched upon several other topics. Read the full interview here.
