The self-proclaimed most hated band in the world – that'd be Insane Clown Posse- has released a new infomerical promoting its forthcoming masterpiece 'The Mighty Death Pop.' The album drops on Aug. 14, but this 19-minute promo video will certainly help take the sting off having to wait four months for new ICP tunes, which will come in multiple configurations.

The video extols ICP's dedication to the Juggalo contingent and the fact that they own and operate their own record label, dubbed Psychopathic Records, and have successfully launched a multi-day festival. Not too shabby for a pair of insane clowns.

Juggalos will be able to choose between three different versions of 'The Mighty Death Pop.' There's 'Red Pop,' 'Black Pop' and 'White Pop.' Each version will include the album in all of its 17-track glory, plus a full-length disc of bonus material, making it ICP's most extensive and ambitious release to date. The duo collaborated with Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst, TechN9ne and Hopsin on the record

Now, about those bonus discs? Here's the crucial details. 'Covered, Smothered & Chunked' aka 'Red Pop' features brand new covers from ICP featuring guest appearances from every artist in the Psychopathic Records family, along with Durst and Lil Wyte. Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope cover an eclectic mix of tunes, such as 'Jump Around' by House of Pain; 'Beautiful' by Christina Aguilera; 'Shout' by Tears For Fears; 'Night of the Living Bassheads' by Public Enemy; 'State of Shock' by Michael Jackson and Mick Jagger, and more. We love that ICP went outside the expected genre with their covers. Nice work, gentlemen, er, clowns.

'Freaky Tales' aka 'Black Pop' is ICP’s single, album-length version of Too Short’s rap classic 'Freaky Tales.' Though the original was eight minutes long, ICP took it upon themselves to expand it into 64 non-stop minutes of dirty rhymes.

And then there is 'Mike E. Clark’s Extra Pop Emporium' aka 'White Pop,' which contains outtakes, remixes and collaborations featuring Kottonmouth Kings, Twiztid, Color Me Badd, Geto Boys, Scarface, Willie D, Three 6 Mafia, Swollen Members and more. If there is one thing we can say about ICP, they are never, ever boring.

If that wasn't enough to get the Juggalo blood flowing, there is more good news. The 13th annual Gathering of the Juggalos will hit Cave-In-Rock, Ill. at The Hatchet Landings (aka Hog Rock) on Aug. 8 and the fest will run through Aug. 12. It's four days of music, wrestling, comedy and other assorted mayhem that Juggalos won't want to miss. Go here to see the ticket packages that are available.

The Gathering will feature performances by Insane Clown Posse, Twiztid, Blaze Ya Dead Homie, ABK, Boondox, Mike E. Clark, to name. a few. Other acts will be announced.
