After enjoying a successful first year in California, Rob Zombie is taking the 'Great American Nightmare' to a new state so that more people can experience his unique Halloween horror event. Arizona gets the honors this year, as the WestWorld of Scottsdale will play host to the event during select nights between Sept. 19 and Nov. 1.

Rob Zombie himself will headline the opening night concert on Sept. 19. Zombie says, "The first year was such a blast. I am thrilled to be able to take the Great American Nightmare to a new city this year. My only goal is to make it even sicker than last year."

Speaking of sick, 'The Lords of Salem in Total Black Out,' 'Captain Spaulding's Clown School in 3D' and 'The Devil's Rejects' will serve as the three main haunted house experiences.

'The Lords of Salem in Total Black Out' haunted house experience "is designed to twist the mind," while the Captain Spaulding's Clown School in 3D haunted house "will thoroughly frighten the bravest patrons." Finally, 'The Devil's Rejects' will be an experience in which "guests will become part of the state troopers’ search and destroy mission against the Firefly family."

Those attending can also venture through the Great American Nightmare's Bloody Boulevard, which features a number of freak shows, musical entertainment, roaming characters, themed food and beverages, games and vendors.

Tickets for Rob Zombie's Great American Nightmare go on sale this Friday (the 13th, of course) at 10AM PT at the Great American Nightmare website. Tickets for the opening night featuring a performance by Rob Zombie will start at $45, while tickets for the other nights will start at $25. At present, the Great American Nightmare attraction will be open Sept. 19-20, 26-27, Oct. 3-4, 10-12, 16-19, 23-26, and 30-Nov. 1.
