Every year from late April through May, several rock festivals are held across the United States, and are collectively known as the 'World's Loudest Month.'
There's been a little bit of lineup adjusting for some of the major rock festivals taking place in the coming months. The big news is that Motorhead and Skindred will both be missing out on some of their scheduled appearances at several of the 'World's Loudest Month' festivals.
The 2014 Carolina Rebellion festival is returning to the Rock City Campgrounds at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C. this May with an all-star lineup of hard rock and metal's finest. Avenged Sevenfold, Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch and Kid Rock head up the two-day event.
2014’s concert schedule is starting to take shape with the dates for many of the biggest and most anticipated U.S. rock festivals being revealed. From April 26 through May 31, six rock festivals will invade the U.S., resulting in what could only be called the World’s Loudest Month.
2013 turned out to be a memorable year for the Carolina Rebellion festival, but not in the way organizers had hoped. Expanding to two full days at a new venue (Charlotte Motor Speedway) with a high profile lineup had anticipation and expectations at a high level. Unfortunately, Mother Nature did not cooperate.
The Carolina Rebellion festival is expanding to two full days this year, and will be held May 4 and 5 at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C. In addition, a Friday campground party will be held May 3. The bands were previously revealed and now the daily lineups and set times have been unveiled.
The 2013 Carolina Rebellion festival lineup has been announced and, of course, it's packed full of must-see bands. The North Carolina musical gathering with feature Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Deftones, Limp Bizkit, Rise Against, Volbeat and many more.
