The ‘Loutallica’ experience marches on with a recent trip over the pond. Lou Reed & Metallica recently set their sights on entertaining the crowd of the UK based show ‘Later…With Jools Holland.’ Their performance included the original track ‘Iced Honey’ from their recent ‘Lulu’ release and a cover of the Velvet Underground tune ‘White Light/White Heat.’

Multi-award winning director Darren Aronofsky has signed on to direct the video for 'Iced Honey,' the second single from Metallica and Lou Reed's 'Lulu' collaboration. Aronofsky had directed some of cinema's most celebrated films such as 'Black Swan,' 'The Fountain' and 'Requiem for a Dream.'

Now that Metallica and Lou Reed have given the public the full Monty on their double-disc collaboration ‘Lulu’ by streaming the entire album on their website, the music icons are talking about their brave, ambitious, Frankenstein.

A day after releasing 30-second clips of each song on their joint effort 'Lulu,' Lou Reed & Metallica are now streaming the entire album online in full.

In a reaction to one of Metallica’s “friends in the digital retail world,” which prematurely uploaded 30-second snippets of all the tracks on ‘Lulu,’ the band’s upcoming collaboration with Lou Reed, “higher quality streams” of snippets of all the songs have officially been posted on the two acts' collaborative website.

Thrash giants Metallica and former Velvet Underground frontman Lou Reed recently joined forces to create 'Lulu,' an experimental project combining the styles of both acts. Whether fans will cry foul at the forthcoming collaboration between Metallica and Lou Reed remains to be seen. But at least one organization has rejected cover artwork for the experimental project which unites the ex-Velvet Underground frontman with the biggest band in heavy metal: the London Underground.
