Zoe Marie Federoff

Ex-guitarist Ashok Šmerda and ex-keyboardist Zoe Federoff – both of whom previously called out Filth and The Oracle Management – are involved in the lawsuit.

Filth's statement includes a screenshot of a text message exchange in which ex-guitarist Marek "Ashok" Smerda calls Sharon Osbourne a "criminal who should be whipped to death."

Cradle of Filth's Zoe Federoff has stepped down from the band. Both she and band leader Dani Filth have commented on the split.
