Former KISS guitarist Ace Frehley has built quite a buzz for his new 'Space Invader' album and he's already thinking about ways to keep the momentum going. Frehley tells Arena.com that he's already plotting a covers and remixes collection that he expects to release next year.

The guitarist states, "I get suggestions, I come up with ideas and I ask friends and associates about which songs to do. The songs are already written, so it is faster and easier for me to make that record. I will get guest stars like Lita Ford, Mike McCready from Pearl Jam, Slash. It is an easier record to make since I don't have to do much. The big stress is coming up with new guitar solos and vocal lines and melodies on new songs."

In the interim though, fans can look forward to 'Space Invader.' Frehley says of the album, "It is heavier than my last record. I did it by design. My fans said my last album could have been heavier and could have had more guitar work, so I kept that in mind when I made the record."

'Space Invader' is due Aug. 19 via eOne Music. The disc is currently available for pre-order at iTunes and Amazon, with special bundle offers available at this location.
