Punk rock fans in New York City got a treat on Friday night (May 24) as Alkaline Trio rocked Best Buy Theater for a sold out show with support from Bayside and Off With Their Heads.

Alkaline Trio are busy touring in support of their latest album ‘My Shame Is True’ and they played new songs ‘She Lied to the FBI,’ ‘I’m Only Here to Disappoint’ and the disc's lead single ‘I Wanna Be a Warhol.’

Frontman Matt Skiba donned pink Converse shoes as he and the rest of the band had fans belting their hearts out to favorites like ‘This Could Be Love,’ ‘Cringe,’ ‘Blue Caroline,’ ‘Crawl,’ ‘Radio’ and others.

New York’s own alternative punk rockers of Bayside got the first batch of crowd surfers with their set. They started their show with ‘Devotion and Desire’ which had the audience singing from the get go and also played other notable tunes such as ‘Montauk,’ ‘Duality’ and ‘The Walking Wounded.’

Minneapolis band Off With Their Heads took ears by storm with their heavy set as they kicked off the night.
