There have been plenty of rumors, conspiracy theories and accusations over the years, but so far there has been no confirmed ties that Courtney Love had anything to do with Kurt Cobain's death. That hasn't stopped Love's own father, Hank Harrison, from suggesting that his daughter was involved.

Hank Harrison tells RadarOnline.com that he believes that his daughter was involved in Cobain's demise, stating, "No doubt she was capable. I can't prove she pulled the trigger, but I can prove her involvement to a high degree of certainty."

Harrison previously shared his beliefs in an ebook called 'Love Kills: The Assassination of Kurt Cobain.' In the new interview, he adds that he believes there are clues in the handwritten note that was found in Cobain's wallet at the time of his death. That note was released by the Seattle police earlier this week.

"If you read the true meaning of this small note, and place it in conjunction with the rest of the evidence, anyone with even half a wit will see that something dire and awful took place," Harrison tells Radar Online.

Harrison also finds fault with the Seattle Police Department and how the case was handled, adding, "Nobody, except me, asked the obvious questions: 'Why weren't [the recently revealed death scene photos] developed 20 years ago? They weren't developed because the police had already decided it was a suicide and didn't need any more evidence."

Despite Harrison's accusations, the re-investigation by Seattle police yielded the same conclusion -- that Cobain's death was a suicide.
