Today in rock and metal news, Papa Roach's Jacoby Shaddix got some potentially bad news as he learned that his recent vocal ailment is something that could become serious if not treated properly. So best of luck and hope everything returns to normal for Jacoby with Uproar Festival on the horizon.

We've also got Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe, who was granted his first interview since being jailed in the Czech Republic. However, he also received some mixed signals while in court as a prosecutor was rejected in his attempt to deny the singer bail, but the amount of his bail was doubled from what it was prior.

Also today, the Devil Wears Prada's Mike Hranica and Five Finger Death Punch's Jeremy Spencer discuss their respective tours in new interviews; there's a punchy new video from Shinedown for 'Enemies'; Green Day talks about breaking the rules with their album trilogy; and the lineup for 'Metal Masters 4' is announced.
