Last fall, Danny Worsnop returned to Asking Alexandria for Sumerian Records' "10 Years in the Black" tour. He's since continued to play with the band, both onstage and reportedly in the studio, but the singer says in a new interview he's "legally" not back to being a member yet, but it's not something that seems to concern him.

During a chat with Finland's Kaaos TV, as seen above, Worsnop explains, "I don't have any interest in becoming a legal member again, just 'cause there's so many, at that point, complications with my writing with my album and with Harlot and with other people I work with and my movie schedule. At that point, everything becomes very political, and I'd rather it just remain being fun."

He continues, "It's better for us that way, 'cause we can, as a group of dudes and as Danny Worsnop and Asking Alexandria, we can respectfully organize things rather than everyone trying to step on each other's toes and everyone trying to be the most important thing. This way, we can just be, like, 'Okay, you're busy then. We're booking stuff here, 'cause you have nothing going on,' and vice versa."

The reunion with Worsnop started coming to fruition last year after touring of The Black album was completed. Guitarist Ben Bruce and Worsnop reunited for drinks and even spent some time in the studio before announcing Worsnop's participation in the tour last fall, and all has gone well up to this point. "I went and I did one tour, and then that's turned into two tours. And we're discussing doing more tours now, and then I signed on to do an album. So that's where we're at," says the singer.
