Filter would have to be at the top of the list for best tour names of the year. The band just announced a slate of shows for their "Make America Hate Again" run, a humorous nod to Donald Trump's "Make America Great Again" campaign slogan.

The band will hit the road in mid-April, bringing Orgy, Vampires Everywhere and Death Valley High along on the run. The tour starts April 15 at Slim's in San Francisco and concludes May 21 at The Roxy in Los Angeles. Dates can be seen below.

For Filter, this will be a perfect opportunity for the band to showcase music from their new disc, Crazy Eyes. The album, which features the recently revealed single "Take Me to Heaven," is expected to arrive April 8 via Wind-Up Records.

“Filter is the mind,” says frontman Richard Patrick. “It’s your interpretation or my interpretation. Our thing is to look at people’s unexplainable behavior and assess it, using sound. It’s a way to approximate the insanity of the human condition. The reason this record is so f--king heavy and strange is it’s exactly the opposite of what’s popular. It’s not pretty. It’s not cute. It’s real.”

It's also pretty rocking, as you'll see when the tour starts. So check out the dates below and get your tickets now.
