First Decree got off to a great start with their single and video for "Lost in the Crowd" and now they're back, teaming up with Loudwire to bring you the exclusive premiere of their new video for "Stop."

Guitarist Dane Lopez-Smith tells Loudwire, "'Stop' is a song about getting mixed up with the wrong people in the music and entertainment business. There are so many individuals in this business that are only looking out for themselves and will stop at nothing, no pun intended, to take advantage of artists. Unfortunately, even in our short careers we have encountered these kind of people. Luckily we have escaped unscathed and have been able to press on and still be successful. This is our way of defiantly stating, or decreeing, that we won't stop until we've accomplished everything we want to and none of those people will get in the way."

He adds, "For this video we worked with Davo and we loved his vision for this song from the start. It definitely portrays the slimiest 'used car salesman' executive, scam artist type in every way. And the performance spot that we shot at had an incredible vibe. When we got the final cuts of the video we were really thrilled at how the whole video came together."

"Stop" follows on the heels of "Lost in the Crowd," with both tracks featured on the band's This Is Our Rise album. The disc is currently available via Amazon and iTunes. In other First Decree news, the band continues to tour in support of their album. The group is finishing dates with Otherwise and will soon start a run with Trapt. See where they're playing here.
