Funniest Metal Commercials: Skeletonwitch’s Bogus Journey

Neighborhood video stores are a dying breed these days, but don’t blame poor Skeletonwitch. The Ohio-based death metal band and their piss poor acting skills did their best to promote Dave’s Video, a West Virginia-based chain of rental stores that recently had a run in with the Grim Reaper. The ‘witch dudes, talking in their best ‘Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure’ stoner accents, magically appear at Dave’s to pick up copies of ‘Spinal Tap’ and ‘Cinderella’ (the Disney movie, not the chili dog-loving metal band) and hilarity ensues. Unlike Dave’s, Skeletonwitch are still going strong as ever.
