La victoire appartient à Gojira metal français une fois de plus, comme ils ont défait Between the Buried and Me en Death Match la semaine dernière! ... Sorry … for those of you who can't read French, we're informing you all that the French metal masters of Gojira defeated Between the Buried and Me in last week's Death Match. That makes two wins for Gojira, with another two left to bring the band into the Death Match Hall of Fame.

This week, Gojira take on Swedish metal heavyweights Katatonia and their single 'Dead Letters.' Much like their Death Match opponents, Katatonia display an incredibly intricate balance of beauty and brutality within their music. 'Dead Letters' is a masterful example of what Katatonia is capable of when taking the listener on a sonic journey, and proves to be one of 2012's essential tracks.

Can Gojira continue their Death Match dominance? Or will Katatonia kill of their opponents with 'Dead Letters'? The choice is yours! Vote for your favorite track in the poll below!
