Yowza! Guns N' Roses have enjoyed massive worldwide success on the 'Not in This Lifetime' since both Slash and Duff McKagan officially rejoined the band earlier this year. With a U.S. stadium tour in the books and other dates worldwide completed, the band has a slew of additional shows scheduled around the globe in 2017 and have already sold over one million tickets in just 24 hours per Blabbermouth.

These tickets only account for the European and Canadian legs of the tour with U.S. dates going on sale today (Dec. 10). The two legs account for 25 shows in total, resulting in an average of at least 40,000 tickets sold per show. In all, Guns N' Roses have sold in excess of three million tickets for the 'Not in This Lifetime' tour in 2016, making it the most successful rock tour of the year.

Guns N' Roses' U.S. tour over the summer also consisted of 25 dates with more than one million tickets sold, but not in just 24 hours. With 95 percent of the tickets on the trek sold, the band grossed over $117 million in just ticket sales from those tour dates alone.

Next year will mark the 30th anniversary of Guns N' Roses' masterful debut, Appetite for Destructionthough the band has not expressed any plans to follow the trend of playing a classic album in its entirety. Regardless, they'll be returning to the U.S. again over the summer with the first date set for July 27 in St. Louis, Mo. Only 10 stateside gigs have been booked so far and tickets can be purchased at the GN'R website.
