Dizzy Reed, keyboardist for Guns N' Roses and the Dead Daisies is our latest guest to sit in the hot seat for a round of 'Wikipedia: Fact or Fiction?'. With 25 years of experience as a member of GN'R, there's plenty of history to comb through, so we set out to prove what's true and what's false on Reed's various Wiki pages.

As always, we start off with the musician's childhood. Dizzy speaks about his early days performing live with rock bands from the young age of 12. He also clears up rumors of being a reclusive child growing up, though a bicycle accident which knocked out his teeth did cause some social introversion.

Dizzy goes on to clear up some crucial parts of Guns N' Roses' perceived history, such as "Double Talkin' Jive" referencing guitarist Izzy Stradlin finding body parts in a dumpster next to the studio, "My World" being written under the influence of magic mushrooms and producer Roy Thomas Baker convincing Axl Rose to completely rerecord GN'R's Chinese Democracy album.

Dizzy also famously didn't attend his own induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the musician explains in great detail why he made that decision.

Check out all this and more in the Dizzy Reed edition of 'Wikipedia: Fact or Fiction?'. Also, be sure to pick up the Dead Daisies' new Revolución album by clicking here.
