In this matchup to determine the best live band, two hard rock titans go head-to-head. With decades of experience under both metaphorical belts, both of these bands have been drawing gigantic crowds since earning their way up in the '80s. Fans continue to flock in droves, and we'd have it no other way.

Though Guns N' Roses have experienced a multitude of lineup changes, the timelessness and energy found within GN'R continues to invigorate millions. The band continues to celebrate arguably the greatest debut rock album of all time, Appetite for Destruction, while cranking out many more fan favorites with singer Axl Rose still at the helm.

Motley Crue, who are currently on their final tour, have released plenty of classic material, but the band's stage show itself is worthy of a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction. Motley Crue's heavily ornamented stage is always accompanied by a signature drum stunt from Tommy Lee, the latest of which (Cruecifly) takes up an entire arena ceiling while spinning the man as he performs drum solos, traversing the entire length of a venue in the process.

So will Guns N' Roses or Motley Crue earn your nod for the better live act? Let us know by voting in the poll below. You can vote once per hour through the deadline of Tuesday, July 14 at 10AM ET.
