You voted, we counted and it went right down to the wire before Hollywood Undead's Day of the Dead album was knighted by Loudwire's readers as the March 2015 Release of the Month. It was a tight battle throughout, with Three Days Grace's Human album briefly taking the lead in the final hours before Hollywood Undead rallied to reclaim the top spot. Full Devil Jacket's Valley of Bones and Adelitas Way's Deserve ThisEP also put up solid totals, but finished a distant third and fourth in the voting.

Danny, Charlie Scene, J-Dog, Johnny 3 Tears, Funny Man and Da Kurlzz got the ball rolling on Day of the Dead with the release of the title track last fall. The anthemic rocker features a catchy chorus, but likely surprised a few fans with parts that included acoustic guitars and pianos.

In the lead up to the March 31 release of the album, the group has been previewing a new song each week. "Usual Suspects" recently got the preview treatment, showing off a more electronic industrial vibe that's full of swagger and attitude. "Gravity" followed, offering a more danceable feel than the previous two releases. By the time the album arrives, the band will also have previewed "How We Roll," "Live Forever" and "Disease." Stay tuned to the band's specially dedicated website for the remaining song previews.

Hollywood Undead fans will have a chance throughout the month of March to catch the band playing the new material. The group is hosting special "record release" shows where those who purchase tickets will receive a digital copy of Day of the Dead on its release day. Stops for the run can be found at this location.
