Longtime Vengeance guitarist Jan Somers passed away on Jan. 28 of this year. Somers succumbed to a heart attack at his home in the Netherlands. Vengeance released 'Crystal Eye' shortly after the death of Somers. The album showcases the final recordings of Jan Somers as well as a guest guitar performance from his son Timo.
