Kid Rock Subpoenaed to Produce Sex Toy for Insane Clown Posse Case
When is a gift not necessarily much of a gift? When you’re called on to produce it for a court case, of course! That’s the situation Kid Rock finds himself in, as he’s been subpoenaed to produce a glass dildo given to him by a former Insane Clown Posse employee that has become evidence in a former Psychopathic Records staffer’s sexual harassment suit.
According to the Detroit Free Press, Andrea Pellegrini has filed a wrongful termination and harassment suit against Insane Clown Posse and specifically against former Psychopathic Records employee ‘Dirty Dan’ Diamond.
Diamond gave his testimony in the case last Friday (July 18) in Las Vegas. He testified that he attempted to give Pellegrini the sex toy, but she refused to accept it. Afterward, Diamond reportedly gave the dildo to Rock. The subpoena states that Rock has 14 days to respond or produce the item in question.
Pellegrini filed the lawsuit in September 2013, alleging wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation and infliction of emotional distress during her three years of employment at the record label. She states that she was bullied and received sexual advances by colleagues at the company, including the incident in which Diamond presented the sex toy to Pellegrini. In addition to Diamond, ICP members Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope, as well as the record label and the band’s manager William Dale were named in the suit.
Stay tuned as this extremely weird story develops.
