Chances are you didn't get to see Metallica's Antarctica performance in person, but no worries, the band has you covered. Metallica's entire 'Freeze 'Em All' concert is now available for download straight from Metallica themselves. In addition, the band has posted an official recap of the historic concert (watch above).

With Metallica's Dec. 8 'Freeze 'Em All' concert, they became the first band in history to play all seven continents in one year. Metallica have made it a priority to achieve what has never been done by any other metal act. In 2013, the band launched the second edition of the Orion Music + More Festival and saw a wide release for the 'Metallica Through the Never' concert film, which hit 3D IMAX and traditional movie screens earlier this year.

'Freeze 'Em All' was witnessed by a small group of Coca-Cola Zero contest winners who were shipped off to the Carlini Argentine Base in the Antarctic South Shetland Islands. "This was the most unique show Metallica has ever done," reads a statement released by Metallica. "The band, contest winners, research station scientists (from Russia, South Korea, China, Poland, Chile, Brazil and Germany), and the ship crew, all crammed in this little dome out on the helipad of Carlini Station in ANTARCTICA! The energy in the little dome was amazing! Words can not describe how happy everyone was."
