Monster Truck, ‘Sweet Mountain River’ – Exclusive Lyric Video Premiere

Strap in, folks! Monster Truck are heading your way. The upstart Canadian rockers are building up to the release of their 'Furiosity' album and Loudwire is bringing you the exclusive premiere of their new lyric video for the single 'Sweet Mountain River.'

Right off the bat, the song grabs your attention with pummeling classic-rock guitar riffs and frontman Jon Harvey's powerful vocals, leaving the listener thoroughly rocked.

Guitarist Jeremy Widerman tells us of the track, "'Sweet Mountain River' came together really quickly. However, we spent more time than usual fine-tuning the transitions. We wanted to make sure it would take the listener on a fun ride. In the end, it’s really a song about longing for nature and the love of a good woman with some fun riffs, and a huge chorus."

'Sweet Mountain River' is featured on the band's upcoming 'Furiosity' album, due May 28. Those north of the border can catch Monster Truck playing a handful of Canadian shows in the coming months, with more expected to be added closer to the album's release date.
