Well over a decade after 'The Osbournes' first appeared on air, there may be a revival of the popular reality series. Osbourne matriarch Sharon Osbourne revealed the news while appearing on the U.K. TV show 'Loose Women,' explaining that the family is discussing a limited run return to TV.

Osbourne revealed, "Ozzy's decided he wants to do another few episodes, about eight, of 'The Osbournes.' It's been 13 years since we first did it. He said for the three years we did it he was drunk the whole time and he'd like to be sober."

Sharon added, "As I say, it's not forever. No more than eight episodes. It's a kind of catch-up, what they're doing now."

Filming on the show is expected to begin in January, and the Osbourne children -- Kelly and Jack -- who appeared on the original series, are expected to make an appearance as well.

'The Osbournes' aired on MTV between 2002 and 2005. The show set ratings records while airing on the network and also opened the door for many other celebrity-based reality shows that followed. In 2002, 'The Osbournes' won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Reality Program.
